Information we collect
When you order, we collect your name, email, shipping address, purchased items, totals and payment references. Contact forms collect the details you submit. Reviews may include your name, email and review text; gallery submissions include your photo, caption and handle. Newsletter sign-up collects your email. Hosting and payment services may process technical information, such as IP addresses, to provide security and operate the shop.
Why we use it
We use these details to process payments, pack and mail orders, provide support, investigate payment or delivery issues, moderate submissions and maintain business records. Stripe checkout records terms acceptance; we also store the policy version, declared cart acceptance time and shipping/final-sale disclosures in Stripe payment metadata to help resolve disputes. Newsletter details are used for messages you request. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Stripe processes payments; we do not store full card numbers or card security codes. Vercel hosts the website, Neon stores shop records, and Canada Post receives the address information needed to deliver your order. If email delivery is enabled, Resend processes the email content and recipient address. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own privacy policies.
Reviews and photos
Submissions are reviewed before publication. Approved reviews can display your submitted name, rating and text, but not your email. Approved photos can display your handle and caption. Only submit images you have permission to share, and avoid including faces, addresses or other sensitive details. You can email us to request removal of your submission.
Browser storage
The shop uses browser storage for your cart, favorites, recently viewed products and theme preference. These features are device-specific, not customer accounts. Administrator sign-in uses a secure session cookie. You can clear browser storage, but doing so removes saved preferences and cart contents.
Retention and security
We retain information while it is needed to fulfill orders, handle support and disputes, meet accounting or legal obligations and maintain appropriate business records. Access is limited to shop operations and service providers. No internet service can promise absolute security; please never send card details or passwords through email, forms or Discord.
Your choices
Email ploombistickers@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, removal of a published submission, or withdrawal from the newsletter. Some records may need to remain for legal, accounting or dispute-handling purposes. We may ask you to verify your identity before sharing or changing private records.
