Orders and prices
Prices on our website are in Canadian dollars. Your checkout shows the products, quantities, shipping charge and total before payment. Please check these details and your address carefully. Product availability is subject to stock. If we cannot supply a paid order, we will contact you and return the payment for the unavailable items. No customer account is required to order.
Payment
Payment is processed through Stripe. An order is not ready for dispatch until payment has been confirmed. Never send payment credentials through our contact form, email or Discord.
Shipping
Website checkout accepts Canadian addresses only. We ship through Canada Post using standard untracked mail. Shipping is CAD $2.99 below CAD $25 and free on orders of CAD $25 or more. Processing usually takes 1 to 2 business days; delivery is estimated at 2 to 8 business days after dispatch, not guaranteed. International orders are arranged separately by email and invoice. Final sale and order issues
All sales are final for change-of-mind purchases: we do not offer discretionary returns, exchanges or refunds. Physical sticker orders are purchased for delivery, so please choose carefully. This policy does not remove rights or remedies required by applicable law for defective or incorrect goods, non-delivery or eligible cancellations. See our Refund Policy.
Addresses and delays
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Email us promptly if a correction is needed; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Standard mail has no tracking or delivery scan. If an order is late, contact us so we can review the dispatch details and help. Mailing an order does not waive any statutory delivery or refund rights.
Website content and artwork
Ploombi branding and website content are protected where applicable. Product artwork and third-party names may belong to their respective rights holders; we do not claim ownership of third-party designs or imply affiliation with those brands. Buying a product does not grant reproduction rights. Submit only reviews and photos that you have the right to share.
