No change-of-mind refunds
We sell physical stickers that are packed and mailed to you. Please review the product photos, description, quantity and address before paying. We do not offer discretionary refunds, returns or exchanges if you change your mind, choose the wrong design, or no longer want the order.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or different from what you purchased, email ploombistickers@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the items and packaging. Please report the issue promptly, ideally within 30 days of receipt. We will review it and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement or refund. This reporting request does not shorten statutory rights.
Untracked and missing mail
Canadian orders ship through Canada Post standard untracked mail. There is no tracking number or delivery scan. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. If your order has not arrived 12 business days after dispatch, email us with your order number and confirm the delivery address. We will review the mailing details and help resolve the issue. Untracked shipping does not remove any rights or remedies required by law for non-delivery.
Cancellations and changes
Contact us immediately if an order needs changing. We cannot promise changes or discretionary cancellation after payment, and an order cannot be recalled once mailed. Any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law still apply. If we cancel an order because we cannot supply it, we will refund the affected payment.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer protections. An all-sales-final policy applies to discretionary change-of-mind returns, not to rights or remedies that the law requires.
